PRP Referral Process
- Currently have ACTIVE Maryland State Medicaid
- Referred by a Licensed Mental Health Professional
- Have a PMHS Specialty Mental Health ICD-10-TR diagnosis
- Meet the diagnostic criteria and functional limitations of MHA’s priority population
- Have a clinical condition that requires an integrated program of rehabilitation services to develop and restore independent living skills to support the individual’s recovery
- The consumer/client assigned to a Rehabilitation Specialist who takes over treatment management
